Powergaming can take several forms, but it is generally rooted in “playing to win” or a focus on playing the game, instead of honoring the creative roleplay. Playing your character should always be more important than playing the game.

Apart for random vehicle collisions, RDM is more focused on random players killing off one another. If a player doesn’t follow the GTA RP rules, then it isn’t fun for some poor sap trying to play the game the way they want to play it.
